The Lancia Gamma Coupé Club organized the first international meeting in occasion of the 25th anniversary of the presentation of the car on April 26 and 27, 2001. The meeting, staged in Turin, was highlighted by a visit to the Pininfarina R&D headquarters and a tour of the Lancia Historic Museum. Participation, initially limited to only 25 Gammas and their crews, was extended to 35 Gammas by the pressure of popular demand.
All models of Gammas were represented, although there was a decided preponderance of Series II coupés. A special mention was offered to Christian, who drove his rather "restorable" Series I 2500 down from Copenhagen in a 17-hr marathon, while other special mentions were owed to gammisti from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium and France.

Thirty-five Gammas lined up in front of the country home (understatement of the year!) of Turin royalty, probably the greatest assembly of Gammas ever. |
